Option 1:

Investing €2 million in Cyprus residential real estate. The residential real estate investment must be held for a minimum of three years. The investment can be lowered to a €500,000 residential property at the conclusion of the three-year term, which should be retained forever. The applicant may purchase more than one property, provided that the total worth of the properties is held for three years at a rate not less than or equal to €500,000, and that the residential properties owned in Cyprus indefinitely stay valued at least as high.

 

Option 2:

Investing €2 million over three years in any one or more of the following real estate and/or
investments:

1. Interest-bearing government bonds issued in Cyprus, as long as the total investment is not more than
€500,000.

2. A two million euro investment in “eligible real estate” in Cyprus, specifically:

 

Household.

Business.

Infrastructure.

Land, given that a development plan is in effect.

 

3. Establishment, purchase, or involvement in a Cypriot enterprise or firm in which the applicant holds a controlling stake, operates in Cyprus, and employs five Cypriot or EU nationals who have lived in Cyprus for a minimum of five years before submitting their citizenship application.

4.The financial assets of a Cypriot firm licenced by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec) and engaged in activities in Cyprus, or the alternative investment fund (AIF).

5. An irrevocable investment of €500,000 in residential real estate.
