He is having 35+ years of experience in top government and international organizations, including the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, and CADD. He had a proven track record of leading and successfully completing complex projects, such as the Prime Minister Education Reform Programme, the establishment of the Pakistan Halal Authority and establishment of numerous Educational institutions in Federal Area.
His expertise in educational administration, policy formulation, curriculum development, and capacity building.His academic journey culminated in a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, accompanied by the publication of over a dozen research articles in esteemed international journals. He has served as teacher in renowned International and National Education Institutions acknowledging his meritorious services and professional distinction President of Pakistan bestowed upon him the Presidential Award Izaz-e-Fazeelat.
